Colchester is approximately 60 miles North East of London in the county of Essex. You can get there by -

Plane

Fly to Stanstead Airport. It is a 40 minute bus ride to Colchester.

Fly to Gatwick, Luton or Heathrow. It is further but you can catch a train from all these airports, through London to Liverpool Street Station and then to Colchester.

Ferry

To Harwich from Scandinavia or Holland, then by train or bus – 30 minutes maximum. Or with your own car.

To Dover from Belgium or France, then train to London (see below) or your own car.

Train

From London (Liverpool Street Station) or Harwich.

Driving

From the South. Take the M25 to Junction 27 and then the A12 to Colchester.
From the North take the M6, M1 or A1 to the A14 as far as Ipswich. Then take    the A12 to Colchester.

If you are driving to Essex University you will need a Parking Permit.

If you are staying on campus this will be free.

If you are staying elsewhere you will need to buy one from the Tournament Office. Cost £25 for the week (minimum 4 days).
