In order to promote the full inclusion of all players in a unified event the following fee structure has been established. It offers excellent value for money for those that use the university facilities. All players staying on campus will have access to all University facilities, including free parking and free access to wi-fi facilities, security services, banking, shops restaurants and bars. See Accommodation and facilities section for more detail. We hope that National Representatives and players will choose these options and so help keep the overall costs of the event down. Any savings can then be added to the overall programme and prize money on offer. Simply put the more players who stay on Campus the lower your costs and the more facilities we can offer
ALL TOURNAMENT FEES SHOULD BE PAID BETWEEN MARCH 19th and APRIL 22nd
ALL ACCOMMODATION FEES AND EXTRA COSTS TO BE PAID BY JUNE 22ND

This means that if a player chooses the Bed, Breakfast, Dinner option they pay £60 for 4 Dinners - £15 each evening for a three course dinner.
Lunch would be £10 each day and is substantial.
If players take Option 3 they get 4 Lunches and 4 Dinners for £100 which is very good value.
ALSO - Players buying Options 2 or 3 will get the BBQ on Friday night included in their Option; for everyone else it is £15 – a further saving of £5.
Players not staying on campus will be charged £10 per day on top of the regular Player Fee for use of the University facilities. This will not include Parking.
Extra Nights for Players and Guests
If players or guests have already booked a minimum of four nights stay on Campus then they will be charged the following rates for any extra nights.

All guests staying on Campus will have full access to all University facilities. Reductions in fees will be applied to Guests if they stay more than 4 nights at the rates for Extra Nights for players, as above.
Other Fees
- If you are a late entrant to EDGC and have not paid your fees before June 10th, for whatever reason, there will be a late entry fee of: £10
- If you De-register up to the last day of registration, once you have been accepted into the EDGC, your fees will be refunded, less: £10
- There will be no refunds of Tournament Fees after the closing date of June 10th . However, if there are medical reasons or grounds for compassion (death or illness in the family), supported by a Doctors letter, there will be a full refund of fees, less: £10
